| If you are having trouble viewing our shows, go over this checklist: 1.) Are you right-clicking on the link when you download the file and choosing save to disk, "download linked file as" or some other option that indicates that you want to save or download a file to your computer? 2.) Have you downloaded and installed Quicktime 7 from quicktime.com? Older versions of Quicktime won't work for the type of video file we are using. 3.) If you can't open the file and it ends in .txt, can you change the name of the file on your computer and delete the .txt extension? And then try opening it up? 4.) Can you open up quicktime and go file: open and thus try to open it up from within Quicktime? 5.) Can you set your web browser preferences to treat .m4v files as quicktime files and not to add the .txt extension? Q: I downloaded the itunes and quicktime it recommended but now its saying it needs something else to do with realplayer and when I try and download that, it says it can't locate it!? A: It sounds like your computer isn't recognizing the file type of our movies. It thinks they are realplayer files. Can you open up quicktime and then go to the file menu and click on: file - open , and then locate the downloaded show and open it from within the quicktime program? If that doesn't work try it from inside iTunes. If this doesn't help please email us at info@naturalparadigms.com |
