To download "Natural Paradigms News" and watch with iTunes, Quicktime or on your iPod just right-click or click-hold (or control-click if you don't have a two-sided mouse) the link below and a pop-up menu will appear. Then choose "save to disk" or "download linked file as" from the pop-up menu.

Next you'll get to select where on your computer to save it to. I suggest saving to your desktop where it will be easy to find.

To view the status of your download choose from the Window menu at the top of your computer screen and select "Downloads" if you are using Safari or "Download Manager" if you are using Explorer. Make sure your download is complete before opening the movie file.

To view the show, after it downloads locate it on your computer and double-click the icon. Alternately you can launch Quicktime and choose File: Open or Control-o to locate the file.
